Abou Me
I’m Oksana Zdrok, a psychologist with two academic degrees (Ukraine and the UK).
My approach combines neuroscience, polyvagal theory, somatic practices, Gestalt, and integrative psychotherapy.
I specialize in working with the body, the nervous system, and clients with borderline processes.
I created this course to share the practical tools I use every day in my therapeutic practice.
