Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions
This Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is an official and public offer of Sole Proprietor Oksana Zdrok, published on the website www.oksanazdrokpsy.com (hereinafter – the “Website”), regarding the provision of psychological services and the sale of webinars and online courses (hereinafter – the “Services”) to individuals (hereinafter – the “Client”).

2. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider undertakes to deliver psychological services and/or grant access to online courses, while the Client undertakes to pay for these Services under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Acceptance of the Agreement
The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Client makes payment for the Services via the Website.
By making payment, the Client confirms agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Provider undertakes to:

  • Deliver Services in the volume and under the conditions specified in this Agreement.

  • Ensure the confidentiality of Client information.

4.2. The Client undertakes to:

  • Pay for the Services on time and in full.

  • Provide accurate information required to receive the Services.

5. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

  • The cost of Services is indicated on the relevant product page of the Website.

  • Payment is made via the payment systems integrated on the Website.

6. Liability of the Parties

  • The Provider is not liable for failure to deliver Services due to the Client’s incorrect actions or technical issues beyond the Provider’s control.

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate data and timely payment.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”

8. Amendments and Termination

  • The Provider may unilaterally amend the Agreement by publishing changes on the Website.

  • The Client may refuse services by notifying the Provider at least 10 calendar days in advance.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

​

10. Refund Policy

  • For individual consultations: refunds are possible if cancellation occurs no later than 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • For group events, webinars, and courses: refunds are possible if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the start.

  • Refunds are made to the same account from which payment was made.
