Refund Policy

Individual Consultations
Refunds are available only if the Client notifies cancellation no later than 12 hours

before the scheduled session.

Group Events, Webinars, and Courses
Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the start of the event.

Online Courses and Materials
If the Client has already received access to online courses or digital materials, refunds are not available.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the same account from which the payment was made.
